-BE ENERGETIC - 

Classes introduce the basics of classical dance; students develop coordination and musicality. Classical dance contributes to the formation of a correct, graceful posture. It also fosters discipline, diligence and perseverance in achieving a goal which builds traits of excellence. Lessons are held for children and adults with any skill level.


 

Kids 4-6


Classical dance:
Young dancers getting acquainted with the basics of classical dance, develop coordination and feeling of music. Classical class includes: bare, physical  muscles training, stretching, coordination and strength. The class is delivered in the way of play and enjoying the class.

 

Duration: 45 minutes



 Kids 7-10


Classical dance:

These classes are for those kids who want to learn the details of the ballet art. It is a great harmony of movement and classical music.  The must parts of the classical ballet dance are : bare, physical  muscles training, stretching, coordination and strength. All these aspects are learned step by step with the goals of achieving perfection.

Duration: 45 minutes


 

Kids 10-16 

Classical dance:

The class is created for achievers of great goals of classical ballet. The young ballerinas are learning the next level of dance perfection, along with creating productions and individual performances. Step by step they try to get to the Olympus of Ballet Dance. 

Duration: 90 min

 

 


 "HIP-HOP" и "Stretching and Strength " (ABT+Flex)

Our times "HIP HOP" became a strong part of the modern culture. This style of dance gives kids freedom, openness, the feeling of rhythm and drive of being a part of new interesting and colorful world.  HIP HOP for kids - is a great training of coordination, concentration, great physical work out, range of emotions and self esteem. 
 

Kids 4-6

The class teaches the basis of hip hop style, different types of bounces, development of musical taste, feeling of rhythm, learning simple basic steps in the form of game and fun.

Kids 7-10

The class develops different hip hop styles,  types of bounces, feeling of music and rhythm, learning advanced steps.
Duration: 45 min

 Strength and Streaching (ABT+Flex)
Strength fitness focuses on development of body mussels and joints. The advantage of this type of the fitness-training is in ability to involve certain types of mussels and/or mussel groups, concentrating the general work force. Strength exercises  are designed to work through body mussels,  buttocks and stomach, as well as stretching.
